Mongolian traditional songs are divided into two main parts: long and short songs. The long songs have been inherited from early history, which Mongolians cherish and revere. Long songs are traditionally sung as a tribute at weddings, feasts and celebrations. The long song describes the world or seasons changing phenomena, the relationship between matters, the human consciousness tones and secrecy and the tender strings of human’s inner selves. Moreover, Mongolian long songs describe the nomadic orientalism features within it.
